I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were great, very clean, and nicely furnished, although being on the ground floor made it noisy at times. The service was top-notch, making my airport pickup, check-in, and check-out smooth experiences. The location, though not in the nicest part of the city, was convenient for my needs, being close to the metro station and lively in the evenings. The dining options were somewhat limited but complimentary, with a decent variety. The facilities met my needs during my stay.
This hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Karol Bagh, offering a comfortable and clean stay. The location is perfect for exploring Delhi, although there could be more dining options to enhance the experience.
Upon arrival at 11 pm, despite informing them in advance, the room wasn't ready, which was a disappointment. However, the rooms themselves were nice, clean, and well-equipped with modern furniture, though we were allocated a smoking room. The location was in a quiet area, not far from the metro station, making it convenient for our needs. The dining experience was quite nice at the rooftop restaurant. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade but offers a decent stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, offering good value for the price. However, there was a slight smell of smoke in the room and the beds were not very comfortable. On the positive side, the room was spacious and tastefully designed, with the latest accessories in the beautiful bathroom.
Staying at the hotel was brilliant, especially when we hired the balcony on top of the hotel for my son's pre-wedding party. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and I couldn't ask for more. If I go back to Delhi, I would definitely stay there again. Separate washrooms were a plus, but the close proximity to the kitchen was a bit of a downside. The rooms looked just like what you find in the pictures.
