I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were great, very clean, and nicely furnished, although being on the ground floor made it noisy at times. The service was top-notch, making my airport pickup, check-in, and check-out smooth experiences. The location, though not in the nicest part of the city, was convenient for my needs, being close to the metro station and lively in the evenings. Upon arrival at 11 pm, despite informing them in advance, the room wasn't ready, which was a disappointment. However, the rooms themselves were nice, clean, and well-equipped with modern furniture, though we were allocated a smoking room. Staying at the hotel was brilliant, especially when we hired the balcony on top of the hotel for my son's pre-wedding party. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and I couldn't ask for more. If I go back to Delhi, I would definitely stay there again. Separate washrooms were a plus, but the close proximity to the kitchen was a bit of a downside. The rooms looked just like what you find in the pictures.

The service was very good and extremely helpful. The staff, especially Raj, Pankaj, Ranjeet, Lalit, Raju, Manoj, Sunny, Krishna, Ali, Manoj, and others, were always ready to assist. Mr Sukhdeo, the manager, was exceptional.
